Prohibited Items
Vaultly is a marketplace for trading cards and closely related collectibles. The following may not be listed or sold, including during live shows.
Never allowed
- Counterfeit or unauthorised items — see the Counterfeit Policy.
- Stolen goods, or items you do not have the legal right to sell.
- Digital codes or online-game accounts, unless the category explicitly allows code cards bundled with sealed physical product.
- Gift cards, cash, currency, cryptocurrency or financial instruments.
- Lottery-style or chance-based sales that are illegal where the seller or buyer is located.
- Items promoting hate, violence or discrimination, or adult/sexual content.
- Weapons, drugs, tobacco or alcohol, even as "bundle" items.
- Personal data, including autographs paired with private contact details.
- Recalled or unsafe products.
Restricted
- Proxies and custom art cards — only where a category allows them, clearly labelled as unofficial.
- Pre-orders — only for officially announced product, with the release date stated, and shipped within 5 business days of release.
- Autographed items — must include the source of authentication, if any.
- Mystery packs and repacks — must state contents, odds and how hits were inserted, and comply with local laws.
Listing practices that aren't allowed
- Keyword spamming, misleading titles or using another item's photos.
- Listing items that you don't have in hand (other than permitted pre-orders).
- Encouraging buyers to pay outside Vaultly.
- Fee avoidance, such as inflating postage to reduce commission.
Listings that break this policy will be removed. Repeated or serious violations can lead to account restrictions or removal.
