Community Guidelines

Vaultly is a global community of collectors, players and stores. These guidelines apply everywhere on Vaultly: listings, messages, reviews, profiles, chat and live shows.

Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination based on any protected characteristic.
• Disagree about prices and grades without attacking people.
• Don't post sexual, violent or graphic content.

Be honest

• Describe items truthfully and leave honest, relevant feedback based on the transaction.
• Don't manipulate feedback — for example by trading positive reviews, threatening negative ones or reviewing yourself.
• Don't impersonate other people, businesses or Vaultly staff.

Keep it on Vaultly

• Keep payments and communication on Vaultly. Off-platform payments aren't covered by Buyer Protection and are a common scam.
• Don't share personal contact details, payment details or links that lead users off-platform to buy.

Keep it safe

• Don't spam, phish or post malicious links.
• Respect privacy: don't share other people's personal information.
• Report anything that breaks these guidelines using the report tools. Misusing reports is itself a violation.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may remove content, warn, mute, restrict features, suspend or permanently remove accounts. You can appeal most decisions from your account; we'll explain the reason for any action unless we're legally unable to.
