Counterfeit Policy
Collectors must be able to trust what they buy. Vaultly has zero tolerance for counterfeit goods.
Not allowed
- Counterfeit, fake or unauthorised reproduction cards and sealed products.
- Proxies, custom or "orica" cards, unless the category explicitly allows them and they are clearly titled and described as unofficial, non-playable art cards.
- Altered cards presented as unaltered — including trimmed, recoloured, re-holo'd, cleaned, pressed or restored cards whose alteration is not disclosed.
- Resealed or reweighted packs and boxes, or "searched" product sold as unsearched.
- Counterfeit grading slabs, labels or certificates, and slabs that have been opened or tampered with.
Seller responsibilities
- Confirm authenticity on every listing. Only list items you have personally inspected.
- Disclose any alteration, restoration or factory defect.
- For graded items, provide the grading company, grade and certificate number, and photograph the actual slab front and back.
- Keep sourcing records (invoices or receipts) for high-value items. We may ask to see them.
How we enforce
- Listings may be removed and orders cancelled. Buyers are refunded under Buyer Protection.
- Sellers may receive warnings, have payouts held while we investigate, lose selling or livestream privileges, or be permanently removed.
- We may report counterfeiting to rights owners and law enforcement and cooperate with their investigations.
Reporting
Use Report this listing on any listing or stream. Rights owners can contact our trust & safety team through the Help Centre to submit an intellectual property notice.
