Livestream Rules

Live shows bring the excitement of the card shop to everyone. These rules keep them fair and safe. They apply in addition to the Community Guidelines and, for sellers, the Seller Agreement.

Who can stream

Only approved sellers with separate livestream approval can broadcast. Streamers must be 18 or over and appear on camera as the account holder or an authorised member of their business.

Fair auctions and sales

  • Every lot must be a real item in your possession, shown clearly on camera, with condition and any defects stated before bidding starts.
  • No shill bidding: you, your staff, friends or alternate accounts must not bid on your lots.
  • Auction timers are run by Vaultly. Don't end lots early or extend them manually to favour a bidder.
  • Live bids and buy-now purchases are binding. You must ship every item sold during a show, at the price it sold for.
  • Breaks (for example box breaks or random team assignments) must disclose the full contents, the method of assignment and when the product will be opened. The randomisation must be shown on camera. Breaks must comply with local laws on lotteries and prize promotions; you may not run breaks where the law prohibits them.
  • Promoted placement on FYU is a paid service. Promoted streams are always labelled.

Content standards

No hate speech, harassment, sexual content, violence, illegal activity, or encouraging viewers to trade or pay off-platform. Don't share personal information about viewers. Music and video you don't have rights to may be muted or removed.

Chat

Keep chat friendly and on topic. Sellers may mute or ban viewers from their streams. Vaultly moderators can remove messages, mute or ban users and terminate streams.

After the show

Use Finish stream and prepare orders to close the stream and create combined shipments. Ship within your handling time. Unpaid live orders may be cancelled after the payment deadline.

Enforcement

Breaking these rules can lead to removed lots, terminated streams, loss of livestream access, payout holds, account suspension or removal.
